Dance4One has just confirmed this morning that Brogan Guyton, the 20 year old homeless man that stepped in front of a DART Train on January 2, 2013 in a successful effort to end his life, was assaulted and raped by a man also staying at the Salvation Army who goes by the name, "Lucky."
On January 1, 2013, approximately 2 minutes prior to going to Parkland Health and Hospital System (formerly known as "Parkland Memorial Hospital" and located on Harry Hines Blvd. in Dallas, TX) a witness that has identifed himself as "Charles" witnessed "Lucky" assault Mr. Guyton, demand that he (Brogan) pull his pants down, and then proceed to rape Mr. Brogan Guyton in an area outside of, but not on the Salvation Army property, and closer to the Majors Medical Bookstore across the street (Butler) from the Salvation Army.
The official spokesperson for Parkland Health and Hospital System made a prior statement to Dan Getz with Dance4One, but wishes to remain annonymous. She stated that she could neither confirm or deny that Brogan Guyton was ever a patient at the Parkland Health and Hospital System. However, Charles has confirmed that the detective he speaks to regularly, once or twice a week, was able to independently confirm that Brogan Guyton was at Parkland Memorial Hospital at exactly two minutes after the alleged assault and rape took place. Mr. Marshal Polk has further confirmed that Brogan came to visit him in the hospital some time on January 2, 2013, but left the hospital at approximately 4:30 pm to "take a smoke break", but never returned.
Another employee of the Salvation Army, Ms. Allen, also stated previously to Dan Getz with Dance4One that the "perpetrators" had been known to "brag" about the alleged incident on several occassions. There is also evidence to suggest that not only is "Lucky" wanted for additional "alleged" incidents, but that Brogan Guyton was also drugged and given alcohol in a separate incident that also involved "Lucky" at an undisclosed apartment several weeks prior to the allleged assault and rape on January 1, 2013 and his subsequent death around 7:50 pm on January 2, 2013 at the SW/Parkland Medical train stop located on the DART green and orange line.
Getz and "Charles" will soon be contacting CBS 11 and the Detective handling this case to ensure Justice is properly administered in this case.
